Bookings – Existing Customers

If you have stayed with us in the past 12 months, please complete your booking request below.

You will need your pet’s vaccination certificate to upload at the time of making the booking request. Bookings can not be processed without receiving a C5 vaccination certificate for dogs and F3 or higher for cats. All vaccinations must be done no later than 14 days prior to check in.

Please note your booking request does not guarantee a booking, we will contact you to confirm your booking request.

Monday to Friday: 8am – 12noon & 1pm – 4pm

Wednesdays: Closed (By Strict Appointment Only)

Saturday: 8am – 12noon & 1pm – 3pm

Sunday: 1pm – 3pm

Public Holidays: 8am – 12noon

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
